On Monday 24 April, the second edition of the "North Sea Summit" was held in Ostend. Belgium hosted the heads of state, government and energy ministers of Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Ireland, Norway and the United Kingdom, as well as the president of the European Commission.

How is security organised for an institutional event with several foreign delegations? What is the role of badges and how is the layout and content of these identifiers defined?
